RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the same condition as when received.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@cmnewtech.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the Return Authorization Form and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if the product is faulty, otherwise the buyer will need to purchase the postage label.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Please Note
Any false return reasons will incur a 5% reduction in the refund. All items are checked and tested before being refunded. Please Note: the item must be well packaged in the original packaging and fit for shipping. Any damages during it’s return will not be refunded. Refunds will only be given after the product(s) are returned, and in the same condition as they were dispatched. We only offer 30 days return to seller on all our products unless stated otherwise in the description, we also recommend items are tested within 14 days so if there are any issues these can be rectified in a respectable time frame.
When items are sold For Parts or Not Working Returns are NOT accepted as the item was originally faulty when purchased.
