Delivery Information

Processing & Handling Times

Please be aware we only operate Monday – Friday during business hours and are not open during bank holidays. Please allow 1-2 days processing before your purchase is collected by the chosen courier. 

We will aim to handle any orders made before 11am the same day – but this cannot be guaranteed due to unexpected delays or increased orders during busy periods.

If you no longer require the items ordered, or wish to cancel – please notify us immediately to ensure the item is not dispatched.

Delivery

Small to Medium Items are shipped using Royal Mail 48 Hour and signed for services. These are a 2-3 working day delivery service.

Larger Items are shipped on a 2-3 day other courier service.

If the item is over 20kg (or mentioned in the product description) a Courier will have to be arranged by ourselves and the quote will be forwarded. Alternatively, you can arrange a courier to collect.

 

Premium Delivery

A next day service is available at an added cost. Please note: The next day service only runs from Mon-Fri as the couriers do not deliver over the weekend. (any items shipped on a Friday will not be delivered till Monday)

If your item is coming with the courier then you will receive an email directly from the courier to your email address entered at checkout.

Please Note: Any orders being sent outside of the UK may incur custom charges. These will need to be paid by the customer before receiving the goods.

We are also closed over the weekends therefore any orders from Friday will not be dispatched till Monday.

 

Collection in Person

We are also available Monday – Friday from 9AM – 5PM for collection and payment in person, should you wish to do so. 

 

Tracked / Signed Services

Any orders over the value of £30 will be sent via a signed service and will require someone to sign for your item. If this is not possible, and the item is returned – a restocking fee or return label will need to be purchased.

You will receive a tracking confirmation via email and you can view your delivery information via the Order Tracking page.
